My daughter is a senior this year and transferred tothat school from East lake in her junior year. She has been doing great at Nature Coast .. Seems to be a lot less drama and more attention to academics . Love the scheduling of classes as even and odd days . Other schools by the time you get into the lesson time is up . This way the classes are longer and you have less of them on a daily basis.. Great school .
My son is currently a senior at NCTHS in theIT cluster and has done very well there. I believe his education at NCTHS has prepared him well for college. I am pleased to report that he was recently accepted at St Leo University. I am so glad we chose this school for him.
I am a student at NCTHS graduating this year (2009).I know there are some drawbacks, but I believe this school has some of the best culty, and a great set of resources and statistics. I love this place, and I will def. miss it when I go to college. Great sense of school spirit, a great student body, and wonderful classes make a place where everyone would be envious if they didn&039;t attend.

Nature Coast is a good school, but the ct thatit is a newer school takes attention and students from all of the other schools in the county Nature Coast hNature Coast Technical High School - Brooksville, Florida - FL - School overview nature coast technical high schoolated by many other schools. It&039;s supposed to be a technical school, not a private athletic school that steals all of the attention from other schools. I currently attend Hernando High School so i can&039;t say that Nature Coast down has a bad staff or students. But everybody just gives up on their own school and goes to NCT because they don&039;t like being at a worse school.

I have two grandaughters attending Nature Coast. What a reallygreat school! The school spirit and sense of mily is a throwback to the good old days of pep rallies and homecoming bonfires. Kudos to the great teachers that make Nature Coast the best high school in Hernando County.

Simply outstanding! mrs. Schoelles and the teachers really deserve allof the credit. My son just graduated and i was very pleased with his accomplishments at nchs.. I graduated from Nature Coast Tech H.S. in 2008 andI can honestly say that although the school got in a lot of messes with their athletic department, I learned a lot academically. I was in the Health and Human service Cluster and in my senior year I decided to change to T.V. Production. Having the option of the T.V. Production cluster helped me realize what I wanted to do with my future, and I m currently attending a 4 year college studying communications. I have to thank NCT for offering the classes that opened my eyes up to what I truly have passion for. Yes, the school is receiving a lot of negative media right now, but I wouldn t have enjoyed my time at any other high school. While I attended the school it was still new only been open one year prior to my attendance, and having the options of this school helped prevent my parents from sending me to the Catholic high school. I recommend this school to anyone and I still talk about it with high regards to their academics, not just their athletics.
I attended this school for a little while and theacademics were absolutely horrible. Who would put five students trying to take an honors course into a class of 25 not trying to take an honors course? This school would. The only difference between the two was an extra for the honors! What good does that do? NOTHING.

I have a daughter that graduated from NCT last yearand a son who will be a junior this coming year. I have had nothing but great experiences with this school. My daughter is now a college student attending a private nursing school. She plans to graduate in 2011 with a bachelors in nursing. Thanks to the allied health program at Nature Coast Technical HS where she was enrolled her four years there. My son is in the engineering program and is enjoying it and planning to further his education after graduation.
